Learn how to perform CPR and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The skills you learn on this course could save a colleague's, friend's or stranger's life. Available onsite across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire.
Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time — including healthy people. In the UK, approximately 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur each year. Survival rates dramatically improve when CPR and defibrillation are started promptly by bystanders before the ambulance arrives.
Every minute without CPR or defibrillation reduces survival chances by around 10%. Our CPR & AED training gives individuals and organisations the confidence to act immediately and effectively.
The British Heart Foundation estimates that if bystander CPR rates doubled, around 1,200 extra lives could be saved each year in the UK. Training your team takes less than half a day and could make the critical difference.
Forest Medical Training can also supply Automated External Defibrillators for your premises. Ask Paul about AED supply, installation advice and ongoing training packages to keep your team confident and prepared.
We also offer First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work courses that include AED training as part of the full qualification.
Available onsite across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and beyond. Half a day of training could save a life.
