Why CPR & AED Training Matters

Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time — including healthy people. In the UK, approximately 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur each year. Survival rates dramatically improve when CPR and defibrillation are started promptly by bystanders before the ambulance arrives.

Every minute without CPR or defibrillation reduces survival chances by around 10%. Our CPR & AED training gives individuals and organisations the confidence to act immediately and effectively.

While AEDs are designed to be used by untrained bystanders (they have voice prompts), training dramatically increases confidence and reduces hesitation. Every second counts in a cardiac arrest — training means you act immediately.
